| We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express and Discover credit cards and require the billing address and zip code. Your card will be charged when your order is placed. Titanium Print Solutions, (www.titaniumprint.com) will perform a credit card authorization for the amount of purchase to validate available credit. On items requiring a core exchange, the core charge will be added to the initial invoice. Upon return of the core a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the core charge amount. Cores must be in rebuildable condition and returned within twenty (20) days from the original shipment date to receive a full core credit. Cores returned after twenty (20) days are subject to an adjustment of the credit, dependent on current market conditions and our current needs. All Cores not returned within thirty (30) days of original ship date forfeit all deposits and/or all core charges. |

| All non consumables sold through www.titaniumprint.com and Titanium Print Solutions, inc. are guaranteed free from defect for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days |
| Titanium Print Solutions, Inc. warrants each and every Maintenance kit to be free of defect in both material and workmanship. Titanium Print Solutions maintenance kits are remanufactured to the most stringent quality-control standards possible; ensuring a level of performance which meets or exceeds that of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). |

Titanium Print Solutions cartridges are remanufactured to the most stringent quality-control standards possible; ensuring a level of performance which meets or exceeds that of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). |
| If the product is found to be defective after 40% or more of its toner is used, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on usage. We will ship a new replacement cartridge out and the customer will be charged for the cost of new cartridge less prorated value of defective. If the cartridge is bought less than ninety (90) days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the replacement. |

| All return products must have an RMA number or the return will be refused at our warehouse |
| Please contact Titanium Print Solutions Inc. Customer Service at 800-640-3206, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, PT, via email at rma@titaniumprint.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to Titanium Print Solutions, Inc.. . This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. |
| In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand or within the e-mail when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, order number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed. Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete. |
| Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Titanium Print Solutions distribution center for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Titanium Print Solutions to Customer, at Titanium Print Solutions expense. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return. |
